Every Wednesday 17.45 - 18.45
Sarah teaches Anusara influenced yoga classes,
aimed at building strength, flexibility and
greater awareness of the body. Each class focuses
on an individual theme and specific alignment
principles that enable students to experience
freedom in their bodies, minds and hearts. Sarah
truly believes in the benefits of yoga from the
inside out. In her classes, she encourages
students to embrace their own unique abilities,
recognise their innate beauty, expand to their
full potential, and hopefully also have a little
fun along the way.

* Kundalini Yoga with Ali *
Every Saturday 12.30 - 14.00
Classical Kundalini is a dynamic and uplifting
practise: combining oscillating movements of the
spine and specific breathing techniques with
mantra and meditation; to activate our creative
life force (Kundalini) energy. We work on the
subtle level (of chakras and nadis) to bring
physical and emotional well-being and refine your
awareness week by week.
* Yin Yoga with Jenny B *
First Saturday of Every Month 3.00 - 5.00pm
BOOKING ESSENTIAL as spaces are limited.
Yin Yoga gives us the space to slow down. All the
postures are held for a period of time (usually 5
mins). We are trying to bring a softness into our
practice, as we become passive in the muscles.
Working with being in tune with the body and a
strong emphasis on breath - you will reach a
deeper sense of balance and calm from the usual
hecticness of city life.
* Yoga for YOU! with Alex *
