One is a beautiful and light space dedicated to all areas of Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Pilates. The centre is found in the heart of East London between Shoreditch and Bethnal Green (in close proximity to the City.)
In our hectic modern world more and more people are taking 'time out' to practice Yoga. Our classes offer students exercises to stretch and flex the body, develop breath awareness, relaxation and sometimes meditation. One has been set up with the Yoga Biomedical Trust, a leader in its field to facilitate the integrated growth of Yoga Therapy in the UK. A schedule of classes which have been specifically developed for a range of health ailments are on offer here by therapy practitioners.
